This mid-century-style walkout, set amid park-like surroundings directly on West Bay, needed a full remodel to open up its interior spaces, making them more functional and taking full advantage of the property’s gorgeous water vistas. The home’s original 1950s-60s style and design were also in dire need of a makeover. It began in the kitchen with a stainless steel farmhouse sink and matching high-end appliances, high-gloss white cabinetry, a white subway tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and dark solid oak wood floors and contemporary lighting that extends into to the other living areas. Custom columns and woodwork further enhanced the new look and feel, as did the addition of a generously sized new office space/laundry room and a revamped exterior entrance.
