East Bay Remodel
The new owners of this modern lake home, originally built in 2002, had recently become empty nesters. They wanted their new surroundings to reflect this change, as well as their classic, coastal style. To achieve this, they requested a complete remodel of the main floor’s interiors, including the kitchen and living room, the mud room and laundry, and the master bath and powder room. Bringing about extensive changes without breaking the budget meant repurposing existing materials and preserving original doors, trim details, and the fireplace, while updating them to blend with the new interior features.
