Old Mission Peninsula is home to this 2098 Square Foot custom home. Our clients, a lovely young family, desired a simple, sleek design with clean lines and pops of fun! A color palette of white, blue, black and grey fill the main areas of the home, while the kid’s rooms offer bright, youthful splashes of color. With a nod to the farmhouse style, the home utilizes thoughtful shiplap trim details on the fireplace and kitchen island. The unique tile shapes and lighting add further personality and style to the space. The homeowners had a clear vision of how they wanted their home to look and feel – and it came together beautifully in the design and construction process.
